I ordered these for Mothering Sunday and will fill with mascarpone, double cream mixed and mini dark chocolate chips and put chopped pistachio nuts on the ends then dust with icing sugar through a tea strainer sieve

But I’ve not opened the pennisi yet or tried them, last time they were good from yourselves so fingers crossed this time too!
The mini cannoli arrived well sealed and not damages. They very crunchy and delicious. I have kept them opened for 2 days keeping a good crunchiness.
