San Carlo Salame Tipo Napoli (1.8kg Appx)
Classic salame made from pork meat and lardon. Seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic then aged for a period between three and four months. It has a soft texture with a mild, smokey taste and is course cut.
San Carlo has been a producer for over forty years in Ziano Piacentino, Piacenza Province in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna. A wonderful addition to a charcuterie plate.
