Sfizioso Pecorino Pepato (apx 450g)
A dairy product of Mediterranean origin, produced with fresh sheep’s milk. It is a tasty cheese, whose scent may vary in intensity depending on the seasoning (5 or 8 months). It is a hard cheese which can be tasted sliced or grated. Both ripening and the various combinations allow to offer a wide choice suitable for all palates, even the most demanding ones.
