Granarolo Grana Padano D.O.P.
A classic grating and table cheese from the Northern provinces of Italy. Grana is a hard, grainy-textured cows milk cheese. Its name grana comes from the characteristic graininess that becomes more pronounced as the cheese ages. Grate it into soups or on pasta or eat it by the chunk with tomatoes, onions, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
