Lentils La Fiammante (400g)
Gently boiled, La Fiammante lentils are preserved in tins with only water and salt and without preservatives. Tasty boiled lentils with the authentical flavor of the tradition, and a very good scent and very thick when cooked. Ready to be consumed at natural with a thread of extra virigin olive oil and a pinch of a crushed parsley or as ingredient for main courses and soups. Boiled lentils have to be tasted with chestnuts, to rediscover the wisdom of the peasant recipes, or as a side dish to the most fatty meats like the traditional cotechino or zampone.
